My first AFTER work workout!!!  Today I started back teaching (sort of) and I was very happy to pack my workout gear.  I looked forward to it all day!

So what did I conquer today:

Warm up:  800m run and 50 air squats

WOD:  5 rounds of
2x 75lb back squat
10 frog jumps
5X 55lb back squat
10 jumping lunges

Time:  9 minutes and 50 secs.  My legs were jelly!

Cashout:  Max pull ups.  I maxed out at 12 using the green band.  Not bad.

Now the question remains as to why I have such a FAT TUMMY!!!!?

Grrr.
