Sept. 6, 2012

Attended the 4:30 Cross Fit again today!  Love doing these right after school.

No warm up today

WOD:
1 mile run
1000 singles on the jump rope
500m Row

My time:  38mins!  I was happy with this because my last cardio WOD was a nice 44 mins.  This one had me feeling like passing out but I powered through!

Cash Out:  Max Push Ups

My max was 16 today.
